Thank you for ordering from Legend Designer Ice Cream.
Because our products are perishable and shipped frozen, we cannot accept physical returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will work with customers if an issue occurs.
Damaged or Melted Orders
If your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• A photo of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Once verified, we may offer one of the following remedies:
• A full refund
• A replacement shipment
Refunds include the product price and shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any ice cream products.
