Legend Designer Ice Cream ships frozen products throughout the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Orders ship Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend transit delays and help ensure your ice cream arrives frozen.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using FedEx with expedited shipping options including Overnight or 2-Day delivery depending on your location.

Shipping costs are included in the product price at checkout.

Delivery Scheduling

Delivery dates are assigned by our fulfillment team based on order volume and shipping schedules. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

Packaging

Each shipment is carefully packaged using:

• Insulated shipping containers
• Dry ice
• Protective packing materials

This system is designed to keep your ice cream fully frozen during transit.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by FedEx and may be left at the delivery address if no one is present.

We strongly recommend customers monitor their tracking information and retrieve packages as soon as possible after delivery.

Legend Designer Ice Cream is not responsible for melting or damage caused by packages left outside for extended periods after delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• Residential addresses
• Business addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
